Reflection (refer to reflection questions referenced above on page 1) regarding course (to the best of your ability based on your current progress in the major):
In WLC 300 we explored different opportunities and programs depending on our major. We worked in groups on different activities and got to interact with our classmates. We were asked to create our E-Portafolio. This was one of my favorite activities because we can be creative with our own page. We regularly had guest presentations with information regarding our majors. We also got to hear many graduates talk about their experiences during their undergraduate period. Another interesting activity that we created was our personal statement. I enjoyed this activity because it made me reflect on my personal goals and my life. During class, we discussed with our classmates and professors the different career goals that each individual had. We got the opportunity to interact with other major classmates, this helped us reflect on diverse opportunities. In this course, we got to know the different jobs that we could pursue in the future. For example, I am a Spanish major; some options were to become a Spanish professor, an interpreter, a writer, a flight attendant, an UNESCO official, and more.
